As Joyus tells us in the Home collective community Tribe, they now have a land trust. What he doesn't mention is that only one piece of all the land available is in that trust as yet. There are a number of other pieces waiting to be included, all clustered between San Isidro del General (Perez Zeledon) and Dominical, on the Pacific Coast. This situation promises to form a number of different kinds of communities plus a school on community formation and sustainability. There are internationally famous people in the fields of community formation and sustainable agriculture that are agreeing to become involved. Can't mention names yet but they are well known folks.

It would appear that at least three initial communities will be formed, hopefully all quite different. One is Home community with its cave and great waterfall. The waterfall is on a huge cliff face and on the top is over 200 acres more of land with the potential of two more communities, both unnamed and mostly unplanned as yet.

I can proudly say that I will be one of the many working to start all this off. I hope that this tribe will be a contact point, as is the Home tribe, for those who are interested in a possible residence or at least an interest in the project in general.
